What happens after submission
- The cancellation is transmitted only when you activate the “Cancel now” button.
- You can then download a text file containing your declaration and the date and time of submission.
- We also immediately email you the content and time of receipt of your cancellation and the requested termination time.
- If you do not specify a termination time, the cancellation takes effect at the earliest possible time in case of doubt.
Other cancellation methods
This function does not restrict other cancellation methods permitted by law or contract. In particular, you can also email your cancellation in text form to kontakt@reichesdeutsch.de. Statutory rights to cancel for cause remain unaffected.
